If you do a yahoo/google search you can find most of the answers.
Also if you go to www.goarmy.com / www.airforce.com / www.marines.com you can find the answers.
Just curious why they don’t look before they leap?

Because they are hoping here everyone will give them the answer they really want. They don’t want the truth, they want a fiction of everyone telling them “yes you can be a SEAL or yes, you can enlist even though you weigh 400lbs”.
You will see the guys getting mad and attacking those in the edits are really just mad because the truth hurts. They are hoping here on YA someone will rub their back and tell them they are special and the enlistment/commission rules do not apply to them.
Because this is a recruiters job. The answers to your questions can be long and complicated based on the situation you’re in. And solid face to face interaction is much more personal than something on the web. It also leaves a much bigger chance you will join. Hope this helps.
The same reason why they don’t look for their repetitive, typical question that’s already been asked hundreds of times on here.
People give me thumb downs when I post a link to the search results on YA of a question that’s been asked dozens of times on here.
This frustrates me.
most of those sites dont tell you EVERYTHING you need to know. They leave alot out and dont tell you the ” REAL” truth or they dont cover specific questions some people might have. They are helpful to an extent
because they don’t actually want to join, they just want to talk about it.
I guess they want less biased advice than asking someone with a vested interest in their joining up.
Good question
Just tell me when I get my gun dammit! Enough with these details!
