   “I Just Came Back from a War” and “Have You Forgotten?” both by Darryl Worley.
   “God Bless the U.S.A.” by Lee Greenwood.
   “Let Freedom Ring,” “The Last Fallen Hero,” “Freedom and Justice for All,” “Still in Saigon,” “In America” and “Summer of ‘68,” all by Charlie Daniels.
   There’s also this song called “For a Soldier” that’s by a 17-year-old girl from Texas named Sarah Jarosz. Of course, I don’t think she has an album yet, though you can hear it at http://www.myspace.com/sarahjarosz and she’s great at mandolin, but she can also play clawhammer banjo and guitar. Of course, she’s not actually country, though she is a bit of a mix between bluegrass and folk. That song, “For a Soldier,” is a good one though.

   “bumper of my suv” by chely wright is about one of the best. but, i also like “8th of november” by big and rich. you should try “god bless the usa” by lee greenwood…it’s not really a military song but it’s very patriotic.
