Has anyone actually done this through the website anysoldier.com? I requested the address and got one for a troop in Iraq from my state, so I thought it would be cool. I’m going to send a lot of “essentials,” do they really need those do you think? I don’t have a lot of money and I don’t want to spend money on things they won’t use… but if they really would use them I would be more than happy to spend it!

I’d like to send carepackages to Iraq to the soldiers. I’ve heard you just take the package to the Post Office addressed Any Soldier IRAQ. Is this true? Sounds kind of like Santa Claus letters.
