   Well the Army, Navy and Marines have to bribe their members into behaving and not getting into trouble.
   Thats why they give them a medal for 3 years of good conduct.
   The Air Force expects all members to behave at all times,
   So the Air Force no longer awards a good conduct medal.

   PS In the Army we called them “Good boy badge. “
