I’d like to send carepackages to Iraq to the soldiers. I’ve heard you just take the package to the Post Office addressed Any Soldier IRAQ. Is this true? Sounds kind of like Santa Claus letters.

Go to the website Send A Soldier and their you can view the soldiers and see what they need.. I sent some stuff to a bunch of female soldiers. I cleaned out my bathroom cabinet and sent all kinds of samples and femenine hygene products… They have instructions on what to send/how to send.. It didn’t cost much either.. I sent a huge box a wholesale box size (diaper) and it was under $20…. good luck and I hope that helps. I also got an e-mail back from them…

With the onset of terrorism it is no longer possible to send packages to ‘any soldier’.
Up until Iraq it WAS possible.
